Rental Agreement

Lost Damage
Customer acknowledges that he / she has care, custody and control of the Cincy Crates and dollies while the Cincy Crates and dollies are at the Customer’s location. Customer accepts responsibility for all loss or damage to the Cincy Crate or dollies. If the Cincy Crates or dollies are damaged or lost while in the Customer’s possession, the customer will be obligated to pay the full retail value of the Cincy Crates or dollies. Retail value of the Cincy Crates are $24.99 and $69.99 for a Dolly

Cancellation

Customer acknowledges that he / she has sole responsibility to schedule and be present at appointments for pick-up and delivery of the Cincy Crates. If the customer does not give 48 hours notice to reschedule appointments there may be additional delivery or cancellation fees applied up to half the amount of 1 week.  

Returns

Customer acknowledges that he / she has sole responsibility to have the Cincy Crates and available to be picked up at the agreed upon time and date. For each additional day that Cincy Crates are not returned there will be an additional rental charge of $0.25 per day per Cincy Crates. If the Cincy Crates are not returned after 30 days and there has been no communication to extend the rental, it is assumed that the customer wishes to purchase the Cincy Crates; and will be charged the full retail value of the Cincy Crates at a rate of $24.99. For each additional day that the Dollies are not returned there will be an additional rental charge of $0.75 per day. If the Dollies are not returned after 30 days and there has been no communication to extend the rental, it is assumed that the customer wishes to purchase the Dollies; and will be charged the full retail value of the Dolly at a rate of $69.99 each. 

Card on File

Customer acknowledges that their credit card will be kept on file for the duration of the rental agreement. Customer acknowledges and authorizes Cincy Crate to charge any amount associated with the above stated terms and conditions.
